• Size of DTF prints: 240–285 mm height; width scales proportionally.

• T-shirts: Female T-shirts may come in V, Crew, or Round neck depending on availability. Colours may vary slightly from images.

• Crystal Bracelets & Coasters: Shape or colour may vary depending on stock.

• Items may slightly differ from images due to supplier variations.

Garment Care

• Cold water wash only.

• Do not iron on prints or tumble dry.

Customized Orders

• Provide high-resolution images for customized orders.

• We are not liable for poor-quality or pixelated images.

• No refunds or returns are allowed on customized items.

Refunds & Returns

• Strict no refunds, cancellations, returns, or exchanges policy.

• Ensure correct sizes are chosen.

• Broken or damaged items must be reported within 2 days of delivery with picture proof.

Delivery Issues

• Occasionally, hijacking or theft of delivery vehicles may occur.

• Delays caused by this are handled in coordination with the service provider. Goods will be replaced once compensation is confirmed.
